In the past few days I've been looking at leaves from the past season that have been laying around for quite some time now. They have a moldy patina that's inspired me to work wet-in-wet on gnarly watercolor paper. The paint kind of does its own fascinating thing. So now I'm taking the technique on to rocks...one of my favorite subjects.
